TrkElnIt collects only the information needed to answer inquiries, scope projects, deliver services, and maintain client communication. Submitted business details, project files, and contact information are treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or explicitly approved by the client.
Operational data uploaded for project delivery may be stored in controlled cloud environments or private local systems depending on the engagement. Sensitive records are accessed only for the purpose of implementing, supporting, or improving the requested workflow.
The public assistant may process messages, quote requests, meeting requests, uploaded filenames, and contact details that visitors choose to send. Chatbot memory in the browser is optional and is only kept when the visitor accepts the chatbot memory category in the cookie preferences.
TrkElnIt does not sell submitted personal or business information. Analytics, payment providers, email delivery, and communication platforms may process limited metadata as part of normal website and delivery operations.
